A trio of EMG SV pickups, with a single mission: to deliver a clear, stable sound, free from unnecessary noise. The Black set features three simple active coils inspired by the 1959 Strat spirit. Each element fits onto a guitar with a rounded radius, without resistance.
The staggered Alnico V magnets create a balanced dynamic. Attacks come through without strain. The whole sound remains clean, even when the saturation level rises. You can hit hard or play subtly, the pickups follow without losing direction. With an impedance of 10 kΩ, the signal remains controlled. The active preamp reacts to your playing without restricting it. The output voltage changes from 1V to 3V depending on your attack, without unnecessary saturation of the signal.
