Goldring's Eroica LX is a moving coil phono cell designed around a magnetic circuit using a permanent neodymium NdFeB magnet to reduce the overall mass of the cell and improve groove tracking. Its Gyger II diamond, combined with an equivalent tip mass of 0.35 mg, provides accurate high-frequency readings up to 50 kHz. Its one-piece, fibreglass-reinforced Pocan® body ensures rigid attachment to the cell holder while maintaining compatibility with low- and medium-mass tone arms.

Presentation
The Goldring Eroica LX is a moving coil phono cell developed to ensure stable, accurate playback of vinyl records thanks to its low-mass design. Its magnetic circuit uses a permanent neodymium NdFeB magnet to shorten the magnetic path while maintaining the field level necessary for the cell's operation.
This architecture helps reduce overall mass to improve groove tracking and ensure compatibility with a wide choice of tone arms.
The one-piece body made from Pocan®, a fibreglass-reinforced polyester, holds the fixed components rigidly and allows secure attachment to the cell holder. This construction maintains a weight of less than 6 g while limiting mechanical stress on the tone arm.
Each cell is assembled by hand and then individually adjusted for azimuth and compliance. This adjustment preserves stereo channel balance, limits crosstalk and maintains a smooth frequency response within specified limits. The Gyger II diamond completes the package with extended playback up to 50 kHz.
