- Eight ADAT optical input/output channels on two sets of optical connectors for eight optical input/output channels even at high sample rates (88.2 or 96 kHz).
- Working as a digital extension, connected to an ADAT or any other compatible optical device (an audio interface, a digital mixer, etc.) the 8pre provides 8 simultaneous microphone inputs to your configuration.
- Available inputs/outputs: none of the 8pre's channels are shared with others, the mic inputs, optical ADAT I/O, headphone output and monitoring are all managed separately.
