REFERENCE : NOVCX80PRO
The CX80 Pro is a video controller designed to control large LED screens using various video sources. It manages the signal flow between production equipment and the LED display, whilst centralising the processing, distribution and synchronisation of the image.

Presentation
The NovaStar CX80 Pro plays a central role in an LED installation when it is necessary to convert multiple video sources into a signal that can be used directly by a large-scale display wall. Part of the COEX series, this controller combines all the functions required to manage a complex LED screen in a unit designed for production, events, broadcast and audiovisual integration environments.
The device supports multiple signal types to adapt to the various video architectures encountered in the field. Its configuration can include, in particular, four HDMI 2.0 inputs and four 12G-SDI inputs. The processing carried out by the CX80 Pro then enables content to be routed to the screen via its 5 Gbps Ethernet outputs and 40 Gbps fibre-optic links. This setup allows the signal to be distributed efficiently across a large LED display whilst maintaining a cabling architecture suitable for large-scale installations.
However, the CX80 Pro is not limited to simple video distribution. It also offers processing functions such as scaling, colour replacement, 14-channel colour correction, processing curves and 3D LUT management. Support for HDR10 and HLG also enables work with the latest video content.
Synchronisation can be achieved via Genlock, whilst Send-Only mode reduces latency by eliminating certain processing stages. The display is configured using the VMP software, which enables the management of both standard displays and more complex set-ups, as well as the calculation of their load capacity.
With its 5.5-inch IPS touchscreen, the CX80 Pro also allows you to view settings and system status directly from the front panel. It thus provides a comprehensive solution for integrating, processing, synchronising and distributing video sources for a high-capacity LED system.
