The SLXD2/N8SB K59 is part of Shure’s SLX-D series transmitters, renowned for their excellent RF spectrum management and 24-bit sound quality. Designed for concerts, conferences and live events, this transmitter ensures clear and stable audio transmission over a range of 100 meters, thanks to its optimized digital transmission technology.
The integration of the Nexadyne 8/S capsule gives it an extended frequency response and a supercardioid polar pattern that improves isolation of the main sound source while minimizing unwanted noise. Its 256-bit AES encryption ensures secure transmission, preventing any interference or unwanted signal capture.
The transmitter also features a robust all-metal construction, ensuring increased durability for demanding stage conditions. Its backlit LCD screen makes it easy to navigate settings, while the frequency and transmission power lock prevents accidental changes during use.
The SLXD2/N8SB K59 operates on two AA batteries for up to 9 hours of battery life. For extended use and optimized power management, it is compatible with the Shure SB903 rechargeable lithium-ion battery (sold separately), which provides up to 10 hours of battery life and allows precise monitoring of the charge level.
Synchronization with an SLX-D receiver is quick and intuitive thanks to infrared coupling (Scan and Sync). The RF output power is adjustable between 1 and 10 mW, offering flexibility adapted to different environmental and range constraints.
