Presentation
Change texture without changing guitar - that's the idea behind the EMG 57/66 TW Axe Long Brushed Black Chrome pickup duo. Each pickup goes from sharp to rough in a single movement. The integrated push-pull replaces the classic selector, while keeping the electronics clean.
The 57TW on the bridge produces a dense, responsive sound. The 66TW, on the neck, softens without dulling. Thanks to a three-coil design, each nuance remains legible, even at high volume.
The 9V battery powers the whole thing for over 1,500 hours. No need for a ground or soldering iron. The set includes nozzles, cables, potentiometers and screws. Everything is ready to install, with no surprises.
Designed for thick-bodied guitars like Les Paul. The 52 mm Floyd/Fender spacing ensures good compatibility. The unit remains discreet, with its brushed chrome logo. An active duo that combines precision and temperament, without ever compromising.

Even with long cables, there's no perceptible loss of high frequencies with the EMG 57/66 TW Set Axe Long Brushed Black Chrome.
These pickups stay clean, even on stage with complex pedalboards. The 25K pot follows the nuances of the playing. The volume is smooth, with no dead zones.
In palm-mute, the 57TW keeps the bass under control. Nothing drools, even when tuned to drop.
On a 1975 Gibson Marauder, the integration may surprise everyone. The copper logo blends into the brushed black. It adds a discreet industrial touch, without stealing the show.
