Presentation
The EMG 57/66 TW Axe Long Brushed Chrome pickup set transforms your guitar's tonal palette. Each pickup comes with two modes: single-coil for greater clarity, and dual-coil for extra oomph. You change modes directly using the push-pull potentiometers supplied.
On the bridge side, the 57TW combines Alnico and steel. Its attack is clean and full-bodied. The 66TW, on the neck, combines Alnico and ceramic. The result is smoother, but with plenty of bite.
All the wiring is included, so you can start playing without worry. No need for bridge ground. Installation is solder-free, with quick connectors. The set is compatible with all EMG active pickups.
Designed for Les Paul-type guitars with 52 mm tremolo spacing. Output voltage remains high even when strumming. EMG's signature three-coil design keeps breath at bay. This model is a good solution for anyone looking for character without DIY.

To find out more...
The EMG 57/66 TW set in long-axis brushed chrome features a well-designed push-pull to boost your solos. Switching to humbucker mode immediately increases the power. This adds extra dynamics to your playing.
The drums retain a constant energy level, and sudden changes to humbucker mode deserve your full attention for a precise performance.
Changing the battery on a Les Paul requires a bit of preparation, or even the use of an external case, proof of the care taken with the quality and solidity of the instrument.
When recording, panning the single mic to the left and the double to the right creates a pleasant contrast. Each mode finds its place with precision and blends well into the mix. The sound remains balanced.
