Guitar Microphone

The pair of 57/66 TW Floyd Chrome pickups feature a highly responsive dual mode. Each pickup is designed around an active core and three coils. Output voltages rise to 4.5 V, with minimal noise. Quick installation, with no soldering or grounding on the bridge. This model fits Trem (Floyd/Fender) 52 mm spacing.

The 57/66 TW Floyd Chrome pickups fit guitars with a 52 mm bridge. This set combines a variety of materials: Alnico, steel and ceramic. The integrated push-pull activates two very different worlds.

The bridge pickup (57TW) bites in double mode and slices in single mode. The 66TW (neck) is softer, but retains a beautiful relief. The whole unit is powered by a 9V battery. Battery life is well over 1000 hours.

Installation is seamless, thanks to the complete kit supplied. The EMG cabling includes TW connectors, a stereo jack and two 25K push-pulls. There's no need to ground the bridge.

The three-coil design is unique to the TW series. Each output voltage is calibrated to preserve dynamics. The current remains stable, even on very clean attacks. This duo is just the thing for those who juggle precision and a wall of saturation.

The simple mode of this model isolates each note with great clarity. In fast back and forth, the contours remain well defined.

To fix each pickup, you can keep the 66 in single and the 57 in double. This covers a wide range without compromise.

If you try a stereo rig: single coil to clean delays, humbucker to fuzz. The balance between the two remains surprisingly stable.

In an ambient set without distortion, both modes retain their character. Even in experimental glitch-hop, these pickups hold their own without fading away.
