The stacked coils, combined with the Alnico 5 magnets, produce a rich, articulate signal. Background noise remains buried, even at high volume. You play cleanly, without artificial filtering. And with 715 hours of battery life, you can forget about the battery for a long time.
Installation is simple. No need for a soldering iron. No ground wires. All the components fit together, plug in and attach effortlessly. You keep your Jazzmaster look, but gain a discreet, high-performance active structure, wired for a standard 9V or up to 27V power supply.
The set comes complete with mounting foam, pots, cables, screws, stereo jack and bus. Even the pickguard can remain unchanged, as long as the dimensions fit. If you like to play fast, clear and straightforward, this set is worth every inch.
