Designed for creators who need versatility, the Amber i4 audio interface makes it easy to manage multiple sound sources. With its 4 balanced analogue inputs and 4 balanced analogue outputs, it adapts effortlessly to complex configurations: vocals, instruments, synths or headphone returns. It's a real little audio hub that's intuitive to use, even for the most elaborate set-ups.

The two Class A mic preamps offer sufficient gain reserve for all types of mic, even low output models. The 48 V phantom power can be activated independently, so there's no need to power sources that don't need it. Add to this two Hi-Z inputs for connecting guitar or bass directly, and there's no need for a DI box.

On the monitoring side, ADM (Advanced Direct Monitoring) is a strong asset. It precisely balances the levels between the incoming sound and that of the DAW, with no latency. It's perfect for recording vocals or instruments while maintaining smooth, natural feedback through the headphones. The two independent headphone outputs, with separate volume control, also make it easy for two people to record together.

With its bi-directional MIDI ports, Amber i4 also integrates perfectly into a setup based on hardware synths or external controllers. It works on Mac and PC, via USB-C or USB 2.0, and is fully class-compliant. No driver is required on macOS, and an ultra-stable ASIO driver is provided for Windows.

The compact metal casing is built to last, even in transit. Its LCD display is clear and easy to read. And thanks to the included software bundle (Bitwig 8-Track, WaveLab LE, Cubasis LE and 3 months of JackTrip Virtual Studio), you can record, edit, mix and broadcast your creations straight out of the box.
