Martinez - Performer MS-14R Pre RN + Housse

A nylon-string guitar that comes alive from the very first note, with the rich tone of the Martinez Performer MS-14R Pre RN + Case, an electro-acoustic classical guitar from the Performer series in 4/4 size for a full-size playing experience. Its solid spruce top resonates richly and projects the strings right to the back of the hall. The natural colour with a gloss finish allows the wood grain to remain visible in the light.

The rosewood back and sides envelop the mid-range in a dense, woody warmth. The classic body shape retains traditional proportions and the familiar playing position. A scale length of 650 mm gives the strings a crisp tension under the fingers. The 48 mm nut spaces the strings for the classical left-hand technique. The Savarez 500CJ/V strings respond with a rounded attack at the fingertips.

Whether on stage or in the living room, the cutaway provides easy access to the treble frets on the neck, whilst the Fishman preamp amplifies the sound without distorting it. Martinez was founded in Germany in 1978 by Wolfgang Jellinghaus, before relocating to Guangzhou in 2005 with the support of the American luthier Kenny Hill. This collaboration blends European tradition with international expertise, and the brand remains committed to the classical guitar, from practice to concert. The case supplied protects the instrument from home to the concert hall.
