The RME Fireface UCX II + KRK Rokit RP8 G5 pack combines a compact audio interface with two powerful monitors. The Fireface UCX II gives you access to 20 inputs and 20 outputs, with digital control of the mic preamps. The Rokit RP8 G5, meanwhile, boasts an 8" woven Kevlar woofer and extended response from 32 Hz to 40 kHz.

Together, they form a solid foundation for recording, mixing and studio production. The interface's connectivity is comprehensive: SPDIF, ADAT, AES/EBU, MIDI and even Word Clock. What's more, the DURec port lets you capture your sessions directly onto a USB stick.

With TotalMix FX, you can configure your routings just like on a real mixing console. The integrated DSP provides 3-band EQ, reverb and compressor on each channel.

On the speaker side, the integrated LCD screen makes it easy to adjust the EQ, and the KRK App guides you through adapting the monitors to your room. Thanks to their 312 W of dynamic power, the RP8 G5 deliver a full, accurate sound.

In terms of construction, the speakers are housed in a sturdy vinyl-covered MDF cabinet. The interface is in a discreet, lightweight half-rack format.
