The SLXD14+E-85M-K55 system uses 24-bit digital audio transmission to maintain high voice clarity on stage and at conferences. This radio architecture covers up to 138 MHz of tuning, making it easy to use in many regions and technical configurations.
The system's integrated WL185m lapel microphone has a cardioid pick-up pattern that focuses on the voice. This orientation reduces peripheral noise and helps speakers maintain intelligible speech even in busy or reverberant environments.
The Shure SLXD1+ bodypack transmitter operates for approximately 8 hours on 2 AA batteries. This provides comfortable battery life for long recording sessions, rehearsals, filming or professional events requiring stability and freedom of movement.
The accompanying SLXD4+ digital receiver automatically synchronises with the bodypack transmitter. Once linked, the components remain connected even if the radio environment becomes agitated, making voice recording safe during conferences or shows.
It also incorporates Digital Feedback Reducer processing. This treatment analyses the audio link and automatically limits the appearance of feedback, which stabilises sound diffusion when the voice is transmitted through a PA system.
