Thorn Soundlabs - Tremonator Flexible Tremolo

The Thorn Soundlabs Tremonator pedal is a tremolo designed to offer extensive control over signal modulation. It can be used to switch between smooth, progressive oscillations and more pronounced, percussive effects. The Symmetry control alters the shape of the wave by shifting its balance point, changing the rhythmic feel of the tremolo. The Wave SIN/SQR selector lets you choose between a smooth sine wave and a sharper square wave.

The Rate and Multiplier settings cover a wide range of speeds, from slow pulses to very fast modulations. Tap Tempo allows the effect to be precisely synchronised to the tempo of the song. The Mix and Volume controls make it easy to balance the processed signal with the direct signal. The pedal features 2 separate footswitches for effect activation and tap tempo. LEDs clearly indicate operating status and selected tempo.

It operates in True Bypass to preserve signal integrity when deactivated. Connections include 6.35 mm mono inputs and outputs and an external 3.5 mm Tap Tempo input. The power supply is 9 V DC, with no battery option. The compact design measures 94 x 123.5 x 53 mm and weighs 380 g, making it easy to fit onto a pedalboard. Designed for use with other pedals as well as amplifiers, it can be adapted to a variety of playing situations.

Thanks to its wide range of settings, the Tremonator pedal can be used to achieve both light rhythmic movement and a strong, assertive effect.
