The EMG SA White set equips your Strat with three active single pickups ready to take all your inspiration. Aesthetically sober in white, it retains the original spirit while beefing up the signal. No more parasitic buzz: the solderless installation and internal shielding make a clean sweep.
In terms of tonality, the sound is richly textured, with a solid midrange, clean highs and sustained bass. The Alnico V bar gives that little extra density that you just don't get with passive speakers. It snaps, it breathes, it grooves. The pickup doesn't over-colour: it follows you without ever stealing the limelight.
With its on-board preamp, the set boasts a frequency response of 3.7 kHz. With a noise floor of -101dBV at 60Hz, 3V drive voltage and 3,000 hours autonomy on a 9V battery, it's built for the road and the studio. And if you push the power supply up to 27V, it won't flinch.
There's no need for a soldering iron or a headache. This set comes complete with 25k pots, stereo cabling, connectors, jack, power supply and screws and bolts. Just replace, clip and play.
