Novastar - Card IN 1x DP 1.2 - H Series

The NovaStar Card IN 1x DP 1.2 – H Series provides a dedicated DisplayPort input for high-resolution video and computer sources. It fits into an input slot on NovaStar H2, H5, H9 or H15 chassis and allows the signal to be received directly from a computer, graphics workstation or any other device with a compatible DisplayPort output.

Its DP 1.2 interface supports a maximum resolution of 4,096 × 2,160 at 60 Hz. The card can also utilise a particularly wide aspect ratio of 8,192 × 1,080 at 60 Hz, opening up further possibilities for panoramic LED walls, very wide set-ups or displays using specific aspect ratios.

Support for custom resolutions allows for even greater flexibility in signal adaptation. The width can reach 8,192 pixels, with, for example, a resolution of 8,192 × 1,146 at 60 Hz. In the other orientation, the height can reach 4,095 pixels, with a configuration of up to 2,188 × 4,095 at 60 Hz. This flexibility in configuration allows for more precise utilisation of the actual surface area of a screen or display device.

HDCP 2.2 compatibility also facilitates the use of protected content from compatible sources. The NovaStar Card IN 1x DP 1.2 is also backwards compatible with DisplayPort 1.1, allowing it to be integrated into set-ups where the source devices are not all of the same generation.
