Presentation
Waldorf's Largo 2 has been redesigned with an adaptive user interface, designed to fit modern displays, whether 5K or FHD, on laptops. It is fully compatible with existing libraries and sound sets, providing a seamless experience for users of virtual instruments and VST synthesizers.
Largo 2 offers exceptionally versatile oscillator synthesis with a combination of two Wavetable oscillators and one VA Waveform oscillator, together with a noise generator. It offers a wide range of digital filters, powerful modulators including envelopes and LFOs, and a flexible modulation matrix.
Each sound layer is equipped with two effects slots and a flexible 16-step arpeggiator. With up to 256-voice polyphony, Largo 2 guarantees exceptional performance. Patch management is simplified thanks to an integrated file manager and full compatibility with Largo 1 patches.
System requirements include Windows 7/10/11 or MacOS 10.14x and supported plug-in formats such as VST2/ VST3/ AU/ AAX, with NKS support for enhanced integration with Native Instruments S series keyboards.
