The US-100 is a single USB 2.0 audio interface but high quality, perfectly suited for people getting started with recording. It offers a microphone input and an input for instrument allowing the direct connection of a guitar or bass. A line level stereo input is also available: it is switchable Phono ', for connection of a turntable to digitize a vinyl record collection. It has a solid aluminum chassis, resistant to all the stresses of everyday life, the tour to the dorm room.
The US-100 works in 44.1 or 48 kHz / 16 bits; it connects to a Mac or PC via USB 2.0 port. It provides a stereo headphone jack 3.5 mm, an input latency-free monitoring and a separate potentiometer for the level balance between the input signal and the audio from the computer. It comes with a free copy of Audacity software to start recording immediately.
