Jet Guitars JPB 300 NBLR Satin Blue Deep, defined, organic — the Jet Guitars JPB-300 NBL in blue builds its character on a roasted poplar body, a roasted Canadian maple neck and two Precision Bass-style pickups: a 4-string bass with a 34" scale length, designed for lines that hold their own without getting lost in the mix.

Presentation
The Jet Guitars JPB-300 NBL announces itself with its bass tones before you even see it. The body, made from roasted poplar — a heat-treated wood with tightened fibres and residual moisture removed — produces a drier, tighter sound than raw poplar: the attack is crisp, the low frequencies don’t bleed, and every note retains its definition. The two Precision Bass-style pickups capture this signal with the fidelity one expects from the design: a full bass, a present low-mid range, nothing too bright or too muffled. The red tortoiseshell pickguard on a blue background completes the aesthetic with a visual coherence that is no accident.
The roasted Canadian maple neck with a Modern C profile spans a scale length of 863.6 mm (34") — the long scale that stretches the string tension and enhances the definition of each note in the lower end of the spectrum. The rosewood fingerboard with a 304.8 mm (12") radius remains flat enough for playing high up on the 20 frets without the hand closing in. The double truss rod adjusts the neck action in both directions. The polymer fibre nut transfers vibrations to the body without unwanted absorption.
The vintage-style chrome hardware frames the instrument within a visual tradition consistent with PB pickups. The 2-point bridge with 4 saddles allows for individual string-by-string intonation adjustment — a detail that matters on a 34" scale where even the slightest intonation deviation is audible. The two independent volume controls and one tone control allow you to fine-tune the balance between the two pickups. The original D’Addario strings complete an instrument that’s ready to play straight out of the box. This JPB-300 NBL appeals to bassists who want a bass sound that anchors the mix, not just adds decoration.
